PRE-REGISTERED VEHICLES
-Thank you to those who have pre-registered your vehicles. Be sure to print out you ticketbud receipt that was emailed to you upon payment. We will also have a checklist of those who have registered.

VEHICLES SHOWING UP DAY OF SHOW (Saturday 5/19)
-We welcome all vehicles to show up the day of and enter their vehicles before 9:30 A.M. The earlier the better.
- Vehicle Exhibitors Pricing is $35 for Cars and Trucks and $30 for Motorcycles.

Instructions:

We will begin letting in our Car Entries at 5:30 am on that Saturday morning and will be closing the gates to entries at 9.am.

Auto Entries will enter off of Lantern Lane and will be directed from there.

If you are trailering your car you will be directed to a staging area to unload and then to your spot . There will be a designated parking area for your trailer in the Yellow Lot.

All entries are required to stay until after the show in which time exit gates will be open and you will be allowed to leave. We anticipate show closing at 6pm.

Due to liabilities and concerns for other vehicles No Tents or exhibition displays will be allowed in the exhibit area where the cars are parked.
ALLOWED: Display Signs, Folding Chairs, ect.
NOT ALLOWED: Pop Up Tents, Stanchions

We hope that you will enjoy the day and help us bring awareness and support to the US Vets Midtown Terrace Facility in which we will be building a kitchen that will serve over 300+ Veterans who call Midtown Terrace their home.
