Friday, May 18
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Selected "Top 40" Autos move in (Gate #10 enter North Dock) Security provided overnight in stadium. Autos must be moved out by 7:00 am Saturday and displayed for Saturdays Auto Show.
10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Vendors move in for Auto Show Saturday in Yellow Lot (Gate off Lantern Point)
6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Guitars n’ Cars – Benefit held inside Reliant Stadium. Live Music, Cash Bar, Hors d’oeuvres, select Autos on Display and Silent Auction. All proceeds to benefit U.S. VETS. Suggested attire is casual or “dressy casual”. Ticket pricing of $100 per person to attend.
Saturday, May 19
5:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Exhibitor move-in and setup. Transporter parking is available on site. NOTE: Gate will close at 9:30 a.m. for exhibitor entry. Auto Entries Entrance off of Lantern Point.
10:00 a.m. Show open to public.
Visitors Entrance off of Main St.
Judging commences
9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Max-Q Astronaut Band performs Live
12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Texans Cheerleaders
11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Fondu Munks perform Live from Mainstage
2:45 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. Ziggy Moonshine and the Bootleggers perform Live from Mainstage
4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Awards and Raffle Drawing for Challenger announced
SAFETY:
We ask that all tents must be secured with weights only in case of high winds. No penetrations to grounds.
SECURITY:
Show management provides surveillance of the premises; however, the exhibitor/vendor is responsible for their own products. It is recommended that product, not secured, be removed when the display is not occupied.
